The Civil Service is committed to embedding smarter working practices across the entire organisation. Smarter working will result in a more productive, efficient and output-focused organisation and a better work-life balance for all civil servants. For this reason, it is important that every civil servant understands what this means and what’s expected of them as new ways of working are introduced.

This digital course is designed to improve your awareness of what smarter working is and why it matters to the Civil Service. It will provide you with the skills, knowledge and tools to identify and tailor appropriate smarter working practices within your teams.
