This ISO 14001 Lead Implementer training consists of a 3-day course that aims to provide delegates with the sufficient skills to implement and maintain an Environmental Management System. These skills include; risk identification, estimation, and evaluation of issues that could be impeding the company’s progress.

The aim of this ISO 14001 series is to use the ISO 14001 framework to build on the existing Environmental Systems to meet the organisation’s requirements. The series, therefore, offers delegates four stages that make up the full process of improvement.
