Digital innovations are impacting every aspect of our day to day lives, requiring us to be innovative, identifying emerging trends and establishing how they can be implemented into our day to day work. Senior managers play an important part in this, promoting and explaining the benefits of embedding a digital culture in the workplace.

This course provides leaders with the skills to create and sponsor ‘digital by default’ practices in the workplace. You’ll learn how to recognise and overcome the challenges of digital transformation. Most importantly, you’ll be able to define and show the qualities of a leader in a digital environment, demonstrating the benefits of being more digital and encouraging others to follow.
