To accelerate the rate at which new managers become comfortable with these responsibilities, this comprehensive learning programme was created to cover the fundamentals of management.
As a new manager, this programme helps you get the basics right, develop your personal management style and build confidence as a leader. The programme combines seven topics, grouped into two modules. The first module covers objective setting, giving feedback and managing performance, while the second looks at delegation, developing people, attendance management and conducting high-quality conversations.
