This programme gives an in-depth overview to the ten standards within the L&D specialist area of the CIPD Profession Map. With contributions from a range of experts in their field, the programme has a range of blended assets from animations, videos, downloadable resources and lots of space for anchoring your reflections on the content. The content features a range of evidence based practical insights provided in a way that you are encouraged to consider not only what the content is but how the content is delivered to you.
