This Associate Diploma is designed for people who work in (human resource) HR and want to take the next step in their career. As well as validating your current HR experience and expertise, it’s a chance to broaden your knowledge of specific, specialist areas of HR such as employment law.

To gain your Associate Diploma, you will need to complete 3 core modules, 3 specialist modules and 1 further module of your choosing (in areas including employment law, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing at work) over the course of 12 – 16 months.
