The Professional Skills Course (PSC) is the final, compulsory part of training before qualifying as a solicitor. Normally undertaken during a period of recognised training, the PSC is made up of 3 compulsory core modules covering key areas of practice, and 4 days or 24 of elective module training to suit the learner's areas of interest. Together this totals 12 days or 72 of training. This course allows learners to join the core modules on the public route. In addition learners then have the freedom to choose from a list of all electives currently on offer.
