PRINCE2 is a structured, process-based approach for effective project management, designed to be reliable, flexible and scalable for all types of projects. This course combines the fundamental principles of PRINCE2 with the evolving demands of the modern business environment.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
