This blended online course is designed for public servants to learn what 'designing a digital service' actually means and master the step-by-step process of doing so.
What is involved:
A. 6 hours of bite-sized learning. Learn with a group across 4 weeks on an engaging online platform.
B. 2 facilitated “virtual” workshops including one with an expert speaker.
C. Practical tasks for a government context to practice skills.
D. Email notifications to guide progress.
E. An optional virtual forum to discuss the course content with other public servant learners.
