General booking information
You can browse the available courses on Prospectus Online. Once you have decided which course to take, please check the details of booking different types of courses below. For any queries please contact the Helpdesk by email on support@governmentcampus.co.uk or call on 020 3640 7985.
Cross Civil Service training
Individual bookings can be made on the learning website by clicking ‘book now’ on each course’s page.
A group booking can be made by completing the Standard Booking Form located on the learning website. Once complete, please submit the form to the Helpdesk.
Prices for all types of bookings can also be found on each course’s pages on the learning website. Group booking prices assume activities will take place on government estate. To discuss prices for group events to be run on commercial estate, please contact the Helpdesk on 0203 640 7985.
The maximum number of learners for group bookings varies by course. Please visit the course page for more information.

Off the shelf training
To make a booking , click the ‘Booking options and information’ button on the course page. This will take you to the Booking forms and catalogue page on the Learning website. Here you will find the booking forms for each type of booking. Download the relevant form, fill in, confirm price and submit the booking request. Once you have submitted your booking request you will receive a notification email. When your payment details are validated, you will receive a further notification that our advisers are working to confirm your booking with the supplier. Once confirmed, the supplier will get in touch with you to schedule the booking.
There are two forms on the learning website. Which form should I use for my booking?
If you are booking closed-group OTS learning (for one or more learning events), please use the closed OTS learning booking form. If you are booking learning events for an individual, please use the public OTS learning booking form. For more details on the booking process, read our July 2022 update.

Exams and resits
In order to complete some learning or become certified, passing an exam may be required. If you have specific question, its best to speak to someone at the Helpdesk. For more general questions, please visit our Exam FAQs page.

The Open course schedule is your go to page on Prospectus online to access the wide range of courses available to you. Updated weekly, the open course schedule has available dates for the upcoming months – to help you fit learning into your schedule.
Curriculum Update
The range of learning activities currently on offer across the Civil Service is constantly evolving. With civil servants expected to work in different ways, incorporating new ideas, approaches and technologies, it’s vital that our learning offer continues to keep pace.
That’s why we work with our learning consortium partners to keep extending and refining our offer, deploying new courses and programmes to meet the emerging demands being made of our Civil Service departments. Curriculum Update is the place to see all the new courses added each month.
